The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old city, close to all the main attractions in Palermo. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with the added bonus of having a balcony or jacuzzi. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel well taken care of throughout your stay. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked omelettes or eggs, prepared by authentic Sicilian chefs.
All was great, no room for improvement.

The hotel's fine decor and architecture transported me to a little slice of paradise. The attention to detail in the beautifully designed rooms was excellent, and I loved how well-stocked they were with tea and coffee. The perfect service provided by the friendly staff made me feel pampered. And let's not forget about the food at Lumia Restaurant - amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a lovely garden. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Located in the very heart of the city, this boutique hotel offers a prime location for exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Guests can also enjoy the courtyard restaurant and its delectable dishes.
One aspect that could be improved is the attitude of a specific staff member, who was not the most pleasant.
